High heat and temperature resistant
The High Temperature Ceramic Sleeve have a excellent high heat temperature resistant ability. High heat ceramic sleeve can be used under 2200 ℃ high temperature environment.Coefficient of thermal expansion up to 13* 10^∧⁶from 20°C- 1000°C. up to 2800°C Melting point.

Wear Hardness abrasion resistant
The Wear Ceramic Sleeve is better wear and abrasion resistant property than metal. The Wear Ceramic Sleeve hardness (mohs)up to 9, HRA 80-90. Wear Ceramic Sleeve hardness is not second only to diamond, but far beyond the wear resistance of steel and stainless steel.

Precison Process Analysis of Parts
(1) Parts material: 45 steel.
The cutting processability is good.

(2) Parts composition surface: Outer Circle surface (φ50, 35, 33), inner surface (φ31.5, 20.5), type hole, two ends, inner and outer step surface, internal and external retractor groove, inner and outer chamfering.

(3) Main surface analysis: The φ20.5 inner hole is not only the supporting surface supporting other parts, but also the main datum surface of this part, and the φ50 outer Circle and its stair surface are also used to support other parts.

(4) The main technical conditions: The coaxial degree of the φ50 Outer Circle and the φ20.5 inner hole is controlled in the 0.03mm range, the vertical degree of the stair surface and the φ20.5 inner hole is controlled in the φ44 inner hole itself, the size tolerance is mm, the roughness is ra0.8μm, and the heat treatment hardness of the part is hrc50~55.
