Ceramic internal and external cylindrical grinders are high-precision machine tools designed specifically for processing ceramic materials. They are used for precision grinding of internal and external cylindrical surfaces, conical surfaces and complex curved surfaces of ceramic workpieces. Working method of internal and external cylindrical grinders:

 
1. External cylindrical grinding: The external cylindrical grinder grinds the outer cylindrical surface of the workpiece through the grinding wheel. While the grinding wheel rotates at high speed, the workpiece is driven to rotate by the spindle and moves axially or radially through the feed mechanism to achieve grinding of the outer cylindrical surface.
 
2. Internal cylindrical grinding: The internal cylindrical grinder is mainly used to grind the inner hole surface of the workpiece. The workpiece is fixed and the grinding wheel extends into the inner hole of the workpiece for grinding. The grinding wheel not only rotates at high speed, but also may perform circular feed motion around the axis of the workpiece to improve grinding efficiency and precision.
