The aluminum nitride ceramic substrate is laser activated metallization technology, and the conductive layer and the ceramic are laser-activated to make it into an ionic state, and then combined, the bonding strength can reach an unprecedented 45Mpa, the bonding strength is high, and the lifting is also improved.

There are all aspects of performance:
Thermal conductivity: Ordinary aluminum nitride ceramic substrate thermal conductivity is about 150W / (m · K), Slyton aluminum nitride ceramic circuit board can reach 230 W / (m · K);
Conductivity: Because the sealing property is good, the copper layer does not contain an oxide layer, so the conductivity is superior to other substrates;
Stability: high thermal conductivity, good electrical conductivity, corrosion resistance, stability can reach aerospace standards;
Long life: Relatively speaking, life expectancy will increase by more than 2 times.
