Equipment Highlights: Gas Pressure Sintering Comes with Outstanding Performance


Compared to ordinary pressureless sintering, pressure sintering (also known as gas pressure sintering) significantly inhibits the high-temperature decomposition of silicon nitride and promotes material densification by applying high-pressure gas during the high-temperature process. The newly arrived sintering furnace has core advantages as follows:
 
High temperature and high pressure: Sintering can be carried out under a high-pressure protective atmosphere, which helps to increase the sintering density of the material and significantly improve the mechanical strength and wear resistance of the product. 
Even and stable: By utilizing a specialized furnace chamber design and multi-zone independent temperature control technology, the furnace ensures a uniform temperature field and excellent consistency for batch production.
