Thick film alumina ceramic substrates are widely used in the manufacture of high voltage microelectronic circuits. The availability, low cost and technical quality of alumina make it a cost-effective option for manufacturing ultra-low-cost equipment. The substrate has excellent electrical insulation properties, mechanical strength, good thermal conductivity, chemical durability and dimensional stability.

us offers thin-film substrate thicknesses from 0.127 mm (0.005") to 1.524 mm (0.060"). Standard as-fired thickness tolerance is ± 10%.

4.50" x 4.50" square to 1.00" x 1.00" square in thicknesses from .005" thru .050"
