Ceramic Discs from Mingrui Ceramic are made of alumina in different purities and sizes (diameter, thickness) and different properties (pore diameter, hydrophilic, lipophilic). As a alumina ceramic disc manufacturer, Mingrui is working to enhance the performance and prelong service life by using the material best suited to your application.

Sizes (standard) imperial and metric:0.25 – 600 mm (0.0098”-23.62”) diameter, with 0.2 – 120 mm thickness

Alumina Disks can be polished on one side (Ra < 0,1 µm)
Material: α-Al2O3 (high quality alumina ceramic, 95-99.99%)
Available modifications: Oil-wet (hydrophobized) discs
