Usually, because the thickness of ceramic sheets is very thin, pinholes or defects are prone to appear. So how to detect whether there are pinholes or defects on thin ceramic sheets? This can be confirmed by:

1. Appearance inspection: Under sufficient light, carefully observe the surface of the ceramic piece to see if there are uneven colors, spots, unevenness, missing edges, missing corners, etc. You can also place a thin ceramic piece in the sun to see if any light comes through.

2. Touch inspection: By touching the thin ceramic sheet, you can feel whether the surface is smooth and whether there is graininess.

3. Sound check: Tap the ceramic piece lightly and listen to see if the sound is crisp. Generally speaking, the sound produced by ceramic pieces without defects will be more pleasant.

4. Blister inspection: Soak the thin ceramic piece in water to see if there are bubbles emerging.
