Application of ceramic dispensing valve

Composition of ceramic dispensing valve
Ceramic dispensing valve is made up of cylinder, valve body and colloid. The cylinder and valve body are separated by diaphragm to avoid glue invading the air cavity. The valve in the colloid is fixed on the piston rod. The opening and closing of the glue can be achieved by the valve opening.
 
The working principle of dispensing valve
Compressed air is fed into a rubber bottle (syringe) and the glue is pressed into a feed pipe connected to the piston chamber. When the piston is in the up stroke, the glue is filled in the piston chamber. When the piston pushes the dropping needle downward, the glue is pressed out of the nozzle. The amount of glue drops is determined by the distance of piston undershoot, which can be manually adjusted or controlled in software.

Traditional dispensing valve often occurs rubber valve drip, this situation is due to the use of needles too small caliber. The metal dispensing valve is resistant to high temperature, easy to stick colloidal liquid, and even affect the action of exhaust bubbles. The ceramic dispensing valve can perfectly solve the problem of glue leakage. The ceramic dispensing valve produces the least backpressure and the most smooth flow of liquid.
 
The size of gel is inconsistent
When the gel is out of consistency, it is mainly caused by the pressure cylinder of storage fluid or the instability of air pressure. The intake pressure regulator shall be set at 10 to 15psi lower than the lowest pressure in the plant. Pressure cylinder pressure should be between the middle of the pressure meter above the pressure, should avoid the use of pressure between the pressure gauge in the low-pressure part. Ceramic dispensing valve control pressure at least 60 psi above can ensure the stability of glue, and ceramic dispensing valve high temperature corrosion resistance, will not form a glue flow blockage.
 
The velocity is too slow
The flow rate of the dispensing valve is too slow because of the material of the metal dispensing valve itself. If the metal temperature is too high, the liquid will coagulate when it stays out of date, which will form a blockage, and the flow rate will be slowed down accordingly, resulting in discrepancies in the size of the gel. Ceramic dispensing valve made of zirconia ceramics can solve this problem perfectly. Zirconia ceramics have the characteristics of wear resistance and high temperature resistance. Even at 1400C high temperature, it can ensure the normal flow of liquid.
 
The liquid dried up in the valve.
This situation is mainly due to excessive moisture or reused instant glue. Metal dispensing valve will cause the temperature of the valve body to become cold because of the use of the environment. Ceramic dispensing valve can ensure the constant temperature state. When the liquid flows through the valve body, it will not dry up and ensure the normal flow.
