Installation process:
(1) adhesive type
The adhesive type installation is simple, the cost is low, the bonding is firm, and it is in line with the large area construction on site, saving time.
Adhesive important is construction craft and viscose.
The traditional process uses epoxy adhesive paste ceramic sheet, this kind of adhesive is mainly organic composition, the shortcoming is not high temperature resistance (temperature resistance 150℃), and easy to aging.
Can not adapt to the perennial use of the requirements, if the perennial operation under high temperature conditions, the adhesive is easy to age and brittle.
Especially in the case of sudden cooling and sudden heat, the thermal expansion parameters of ceramic and rail are different, coupled with the brittle organic adhesive, which is very easy to peel off the whole ceramic.
(2) Welding type
Double fixation, good reliability, temperature up to 750℃ high temperature.
The welding type is to cold weld the ceramic to the facility through the cold welding hole between the ceramic sheet, and at the same time with the adhesive to achieve the effect of double safety.
Cold welding type is suitable for high temperature pipe (750℃) or slight impact, such as the inlet and outlet pipe of humidifier tower, dust removal pipe at the end of kiln, etc.
(3) dovetail mounting card type
Solid installation, high temperature resistance, suitable for moving devices, but the process is more complex.
The dovetail clamping type is a kind of installation method in which two trapezoidal steel bars are cold-welded parallel to the facility to form the dovetail groove, and then the ceramic wafer is inserted into the guide rail of the dovetail groove.
This kind of technology is mature and reliable, can withstand high temperature below 1000℃, especially in line with the anti-wear of motion devices, such as fan impeller.
(4) rubber vulcanization fixation
Rubber vulcanization, adhesive and stud multiple fixed, strong resistance, suitable for impact wear of large materials below 120℃.
Ceramic sheet and rubber sheet vulcanized together, play the role of strong impact resistance, some rubber sheet lining steel plate, can be done with the wear-resisting surface bolt fixed, can be divided into two in one and three in one structure form of wear-resisting ceramic rubber composite lining plate.
