High Pressure Ceramic Piston Triplex Plungers Pump

This is a plunger-type precision metering pump used to transfer or fill precise volume of chemical liquid and high purity liquid. It features standing wear and tear. Because ceramic plunger and plunger sleeve coordinate well, it doesn`t use dynamic seal ring.

Working Principle: When stepping motor rotates, it drives ceramic plunger to rotate in reciprocating motion. While rotating in the inlet and outlet, the plunger controls its reciprocating motion precisely, thus changing the volume in the cavity of cylinder liner, sucking and discharging liquid. It sucks quantitative liquid into the cavity without valve, pushes it to the cavity in the outlet, then infuse it into the needed equipment or product through pipe.

Application: It is mainly used in the filling of lithium battery and glue dispenser, etc.
