The production process of alumina ceramics is generally divided into three main steps, and every link must be done well in order to ensure its quality.

The first is the preparation of ceramic powder as raw materials. If you manufacture general-purpose ceramic parts, there is ready-made spray-dried granulation powder on the market; if you need to control the formula of the material, you need to buy ball mills and balls and spray dryers.

After having the raw material, we can begin to press the molding, for the flake products less than 2mm, we can consider using the method of gelation molding, and for the ceramic parts larger than 2mm, we can consider using the press pressing method to form.

The last is sintering and machining. If a large number of sintered alumina ceramics can be continuously produced in a tunnel kiln; and machining is mainly determined according to the complexity of the product, some ceramics do not need to be processed, just mold forming can be sold directly.
