How to check zirconia ceramic sensor?

Check zirconia ceramic sensor

To check all zirconia ceramic sensors and actuators, the injection system ECU has a complete and efficient self-diagnostic system. The alarm light is on when failure occurs.Attention should be paid during maintenance before inspecting exhaust or lambda sensor:

1.Check zirconia ceramic sensor alarm light off.Otherwise, CHECK-UP1 diagnostic is used to determine the fault and adjust to the correct operation state.
2.Check that the operating parameters of zirconia ceramic sensor set on CHECK-UP1 are not very different from the actual working conditions of the engine.
3.Check the fuel pressure of zirconia ceramic sensor at the specified value (0.9 -- 1.0bar).There is no sudden pressure drop (pressure seal) when the pump stops.
4.Check zirconia ceramic sensor when oil pump is in operation by CHECK-UP1, close engine and recirculation line to provide pressure greater than 2bar (overpressure valve seal).
The injection system ECU can be automatically adjusted to compensate for system failures due to engine aging.Lambda sensor signal.
The sensor signal without any external interference can make the mixture automatically adjust from the electron to the ideal value.

When the engine is idling with no electrical load or lambda controlled (closed loop), select "LAMBDACHECK "on the check-up1 diagnostic to "CHECK" whether the slider is between the two fixed reference points.
