Ceramic Injection Molding Machine (CIM machine for short) is a device dedicated to precision molding of ceramic materials. It combines traditional plastic injection molding technology and ceramic material characteristics, and is suitable for the production of complex shapes and high precision ceramic parts.
The working principle of the ceramic injection molding machine is to fully mix the finely ground ceramic powder with the binder to form a uniform slurry. Then, under the action of the injection device, the slurry is injected into the mold cavity under high pressure. The shape of the mold cavity determines the shape of the final ceramic part. After being injected into the mold, the slurry is cooled and solidified in the mold to form a ceramic body with a certain strength. Finally, the ceramic body is removed from the mold by the demolding device for subsequent sintering and other treatments.
