97% Alumina Ceramic is a white solid, a compound of aluminum and oxygen, and its formula is Al2O3. It is also known as bauxite in mining, pottery and materials science.The common purity is 97% Alumina Ceramic .Insoluble in water, white solid, odorless, tasteless, very hard, easy to absorb moisture but not deliquescence (burnt do not absorb moisture).Amphoteric oxides, soluble in inorganic acids and alkaline solutions, almost insoluble in water and non-polar organic solvents;Relative density (d204) 4.0;Melting point is 2050 ℃. |

97% Alumina Ceramic application field:
1) High-strength, high-temperature stability: decorative porcelain, nozzle, rocket, missile shroud;
2) High hardness and high wear resistance: cutting tools, molds, abrasives, bearings, artificial gemstones;
3) Low dielectric loss, high resistivity, high insulation: spark plug, circuit substrate, tube holder;
4) High melting point and corrosion resistance: refractory materials, crucibles, furnace tubes, thermocouple protection sleeves, etc.;
5) Ionic conductivity: solar cell materials and battery materials.
6) Biocompatibility: can also be used to make artificial bones and artificial joints, etc.
