99 Alumina Ceramic Performance |
||
|
99% alumina ceramic materials are often used in chemical and physical grinding environments, especially high purity alumina, which is a very good material used to produce wear-resistant components. These 99% alumina ceramic components include shafts, pistons, bearings and matching end seals, which are mainly used in chemical and physical conditions and are excellent corrosive media. These 99% alumina ceramic components can be used in the manufacture of circulating pumps, reciprocating pump harmony vibrator supported products. |

99% alumina properties
99% alumina ceramic has a high melting point, high hardness and high mechanical strength, while the mechanical strength reduced to more than 1000 ° C temperature.Due to the increase of relatively large coefficient of thermal expansion, the thermal shock stability is reduced.
99% alumina ceramic is an electrical insulating material with high resistivity.It also has good chemical stability of alumina, so good corrosion resistance.Alumina is insoluble in water, only slightly soluble in strong acid and alkaline water solutions.
99% of alumina applications
99% alumina ceramic is the most mature engineering ceramics that provides excellent electrical insulation, high hardness and wear resistance but relatively low strength and fracture toughness.
Different types of 99% alumina ceramic are generally white, but sometimes pink (88% alumina) or brown (96% alumina).Color is an impurity from an additive or ingredient.
