Injection Plunger Rod Fracture Toughness Wear Resistance Machinable Injection Mold Ceramic Plunger Rod

Injection mold ceramic plunger rod are known for offering superior performance and longer functional life during injection process. The integrated design also assures to control volumetric flow of water to plunger tip.
 
Molding is done using a simple plunger machine originally used for injection molding.The schematic diagram of the machine is shown in figure 2.Using temperature is 100 ° c, spray pressure for 44 mpa, is suitable for the size of 5 x 5 x 55 mm mold.

2) High heat resistance: alumina ceramic has excellentthermal stability,which means that it is widely used in areas where resistance to high temperatures is essential.
3) Good wear resistance: alumina ceramic is the material of choice for alumina wear parts.
4) High electrical resistivity: alumina is an electrically insulating material.
5) High corrosion resistance: it is insoluble in water and only slightly soluble in strong acid and alkaline solutions. Good chemical stability of alumina leads to high corrosion resistance.
