Ceramic flakes adopts the suction nozzle structure of small holes, which makes the grasping parts have a wide range, stable grasping and not easy to fall off. Good material performance and perfect and reliable technological process enable the accumulated shape and position tolerance of the sucker plate after assembly to be controlled within 0.05mm.

We process and manufacture ceramic flakes precision machining size up to ±0.001mm, the narrowest can be machined groove width 0.1x100mm, the narrowest can be machined groove width 0.1x100mm and other processing dimensions.

Ceramic flakes using zirconium oxide, alumina and other advanced ceramics as raw materials. Therefore, ceramic rails fully have excellent ceramic properties, such as high temperature resistance, corrosion resistance, wear resistance, thermal conductivity, insulation and so on.
