Ceramic Guideway is a kind of parts used in the slicing machine of quartz boat.Because ceramic guide rail used zirconia, alumina and other advanced ceramics as raw materials.Therefore, ceramic guide rail has excellent ceramic properties, such as high temperature resistance, corrosion resistance, abrasion resistance, thermal conductivity, insulation and so on.

The precision machining dimension of photovoltaic ceramic guide rail can be up to + / - 0.001mm. The narrowest machining groove width is 0.1 x 100mm, and the narrowest machining groove width is 0.1 x 100mm.

The rockwell hardness of the ceramic guide rail is hra80-90, which is second only to diamond in hardness and far exceeds the wear resistance of wear-resisting steel and stainless steel. At the same time, it also has good mechanical strength and corrosion resistance, and its volume and mass are relatively small compared with other ceramic materials.
