Question:What temperatures can these handle?
Answer:Our ceramic tube rod can be resisting temperature max up to 1700 degrees, however normal cooking temperature is apx 350 degrees.

Question:What is the diameter of the rods? need to know the exact thickness ?
Answer:I don't know the exact thickness but they fit perfectly into the rack that holds the rods on the DCS 30 inch grill.
