Ceramic vacuum tube pipe insulator tube for metallized ceramic vacuum interrupter


This product is made of advanced special ceramic materials, and can be brazed to achieve the ceramic-metal sealing of the cutting material similar to the linear expansion coefficient of ceramic or the non-oxygen copper parts and the metallized ceramic parts. The sealing parts can be welded with stainless steel by argon arc welding, so as to realize the airtight connection between ceramic parts and metal structural parts.The ceramic - metal sealing structure has the characteristics of high sealing strength, good air tightness and high reliability.It is characterized by energy saving, material saving, fire prevention, explosion proof, small size, long life, low maintenance cost, reliable operation and no pollution.

Application: used in vacuum switch tube, various speed regulating tube, travelling wave tube, microwave tube, magnetron, thyratron, trigger, vacuum regulator, microwave night vision and other related vacuum insulation industry.The operating temperature up to max 1700℃.

By purpose:
Vacuum arc extinguishing chamber for circuit breakers, load switches, contactors, recalibrators, sectionals and other special usages.
