As a ceramic liner manufactuer, our ceramic pump liner made from advance ceramics with excellent wear resistant, hardness , corrosion and other better performance than metal lining.
The ceramic liner is composed of two layers and fixed tightly. The outer sleeve is forged steel with abrasion resistance, the inner sleeve is ceramic.
The ceramic liner seems expensive but actually cut the cost of running mud pumps. Our ceramic liners are proved has a service life of 4000 hours.
