Mechanical Ceramic Cutting Knife

Mechanical Ceramic Cutting Knife is made of zirconia and other special materials which has small linear expansion coefficient, stable property, abrasion resistance and easy deformation. The Mechanical Ceramic Cutting Knife  is usually a cuboid and cylinder , commonly used is a cuboid. A rectangular ceramic gauge block has two parallel measurement of the surface, the remaining is non measuring surface. Measurement of the surface is very smooth, the surface roughness Ra value usually 0.012 um, the distance between the two measuring surfaces is the working length of the ceramic gauge blocks (nominal length). The nominal length is 5.5mm ceramic gauge blocks.
