US offers various geometries of Multihole ceramics such as sheet, tube and bar. The pore size distribution, mechanical and chemical properties can be customized for your particular application. Typical pore size ranges from 0.5 micron to 80 micron. These multihole ceramic can be machined by typical diamond tool and can be cleaned and regenerated by air, steam, water, solvent, acid or kiln heating, high temperature burning.

The multihole ceramics according to the structure are classified into a mesh type and a foam type. The mesh structure is impregnated with a polymer foam and subjected to high temperature treatment to form a high permeability mesh ceramic. The foam structure is formed by the high temperature burning of the pore forming agent to form pores and pore channels.
 
The shape of the multihole ceramic can be divided into tubular, honeycomb block, plate and film types.
