Ceramic guide bush for injection machine is made of the finest quality advance ceramic. ceramic injection guide bush are hardened and precision ground to reduce wear and give longer life under severe molding on die casting conditions. The ID is ground to close tolerances in order to maintain a smooth.

The length, thickness , diameter and shape of the ceramic plates are customized.
It is recommended that a minimum of four bushings be installed. The size of the bushings should be determinated by the size of the mold. The guided ejection system is inexpensive protection against wear and possible costly damage to a mold protection.
