Silicon carbide ceramic plates, as an advanced ceramic material made of silicon carbide (SiC) as the main component, have the characteristics of high hardness, high strength, high temperature resistance, oxidation resistance, corrosion resistance and low friction coefficient, making them an important component of many high-end equipment and products.
