The production process of silicon carbide ceramic bushings mainly includes the synthesis of SiC powder, the molding and sintering of ceramics. The molding methods of ceramics include dry pressing molding, grouting molding, etc. The sintering process includes pressureless sintering, hot pressing sintering, hot isostatic pressing sintering and reaction sintering, each of which has its own unique performance characteristics and application range.
