After the Ceramic Double Clamps have been molded, hot-pressed, sintered, polished and other processes, the Ceramic Double Clamps retain many small holes to increase the mechanical properties of the Clamps.

As for Medical Ceramic Double Clamps, the Ceramic Double Clamps can be accurately machined to a size of + / - 0.001mm and a minimum aperture of 0.07mm, the minimum tolerance of inner hole can be machined 0.005mm, and the maximum cylindricity can be 0.004mm.
 
Medical Ceramic Double Clamps is composed of high-density imported zirconia ceramics, with a high surface polishing, low friction coefficient and high hardness. When running at high speed with each other, no heat will be generated, and the Ceramic has a high thermal stability and no deformation, so it can really realize tens of millions of times of operation without wear.
